About Us
Digital Transformation Ecosystem has been developed by people who have held executive appointments in the MES and a passion to enable the establishment to embrace the digital journey. Predecessor to ARMAAN, the ecosystem consists of four interlinked applications to cater to the daily functions of the MES executive appointments.
All applications have been created using simplicity and response as the theme.
STARS - Service request Tracking and Response System
TREND – Tracking Expenditure and Demand
AIMS – Accommodation Inventory Management System
EMBR – Electronic Measurement Book Records
About STARS
The system mirrors the offline service request register at the MES service centre.
STARS is customised for each station by relating the details of areas/units and the MES structure/ appointments which maintain them. STARS gives real-time access to all station and MES appointments when a service request is registered with the dependent Maintenance cell.
Using Area Name, Block No and Flat No a unique “Login name or Area cum Quarter No" (ACQ No) is created by the GE. Each ACQ No being unique, hence each accommodation will have the same login name irrespective of occupant. Personal / service particulars of occupant are not required.
Married accommodation occupants can obtain the login name and password from the MES service centre or Accommodation allotting authorities. Password can be changed using the online option / at the MES service centre / by the accommodation allotting authorities.
Occupants after login can register service requests to the respective MES maintenance cell/ service centre and receive a “Unique Request No”. Maintenance history of the accommodation is visible to the occupant.
Rights has been provided to MES JE/ AGE/ GE to update the status of complaint from "pending to completed" or update "action taken/being taken" status.
Occupant can update the status of complaint from "pending to completed" in case of delay in updating of the status by the MES.
MES/station appointments are provided with independent login name. Using their respective login and password, each appointment will be able to view the status of complaints pertaining to his area/domain.
Units (OTM accn) login and password is issued by the GE, using which they can register service requests to the MES.
Out-station units with in-house md accn or station FAFA accn can be issued a login and password by the GE using which they can register service requests to the MES.
