How to sign in
The numbers here match the numbers in the sign-in box. Choose one way to sign in: username and password, an email code, or Google.
Way 1 — Username and password
Username — who you are
Occupant (you live in an MES quarter)
Type your ACQ No. — the account number of your quarter — or the email you registered with. Your MES maint cell can tell you your ACQ No.
MES, Station or Unit staff
Type the login ID of your appointment, as given by your GE office. Do not enter your name or mobile number.
Password
The password you set for STARS. Capital and small letters count. Still on a default password? You will be asked to set your own once you are in. Forgot it? Press Forgot password?, or use Way 2 below.
Way 2 — no password
Sign in with email & OTP
When your email ID is registered in your account
- Enter your email ID
- Receive a 6-digit code on your email
- Enter the OTP to sign in
- OTP not received? Look in Spam
Way 3 — one tap
Sign in with Google
When your email ID is not registered in your account
Uses your Gmail account. Occupant: choose Occupant. Staff: choose Staff; the first time you link your Google account to your login ID and your office approves it.
Still cannot sign in?
- New occupants: Approach your MES Maint Cell / RWA for your login ID and password.
- Staff: Approach your GE office to reset your password.
